Let’s face it.  You can’t be everywhere at Bonnaroo.  It’s too big, it takes too long to get way over there, and if you stray too far, you’ll miss TONS of music on your travels.  But we can be everywhere, in fact we’re everywhere anyway.  We’re one of the few teams that covers the entire property, all day, every day.

And for marketing sake, I don’t think you want to team up with the Port-a-John sanitation crews.

IcyRoo has a crew of over 30 to handle the ice and water needs of people running Bonnaroo. 6 carts and a full size truck running around 24hrs a day, over every inch of the festival during the weekend.  Centeroo, Bumble-Roo (campgrounds), VIP, Super VIP, Backstage, On Stage, Guest camping, Toll-Booths… there is no place we don’t go.  We have to weave our way through the masses, using our modified squeaky horns to get the patrons attention.  What if every time the patrons turned to acknowledge us, they spun to face two people in a cart wearing your company’s apparel?  Branded shirts on our bodies, hats/visors on our heads, and handkerchiefs covering our faces from the dust.  When we’re not working, we’re just like patrons, out and about seeing music at the different spots.
